Key Responsibilities: • Execute and uphold the WOW plan consistently • Lead hiring, training, and personnel management • Prepare and manage collision center budgets • Set performance targets and conduct reviews • Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the facility

Requirements: • Post-secondary education or equivalent • 3+ years of management experience in collision repair • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Robust attention to detail and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license
