Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solution design Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities Solid understanding of complex application environments Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, particularly underwriting and new business operations, is an asset Experience with several of: Azure DevOps, .NET 8, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, BizTalk, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and mainframe environments Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities to design,



develop, or optimize modern web-based products and services within Azure DevOps environments Intermediate English proficiency, spoken and written Advanced French proficiency, spoken and written Core Competencies
