Key Responsibilities:



• Provide client-centered Occupational Therapy services • Conduct thorough evaluations and treatment planning • Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams • Assess home settings pre-discharge • Participate in departmental and corporate skilled activities

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy • Registered member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Experience with geriatric clients is an asset • French language skills are advantageous • Certification in MOCA administration is beneficial
