Key Responsibilities:
• Support business process analysis and impact assessments
• Create high-level and detailed business requirement specifications




• Facilitate team workshops to clarify project objectives
• Manage communication in PM absence and monitor project progress
• Mentor staff in best practices for business analysis
Requirements:
• 8+ years in business analysis, ideally in financial services
• Background with financial industry software tools
• Disciplined approach to analysis with a focus on details
• Solid written communication and presentation skills
• CBAP® or CCBA® certification is advantageous
