Mission Reporting to the Head of the IT Project Management Office, you will be responsible for the analysis, recommendation, implementation, and delivery of the technology projects assigned to you. You will play a key coordination role between users, internal teams, and external partners, while ensuring rigorous management of budgets, risks, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Identify business needs and recommend reliable, comprehensive technology solutions Assess implementation and operating costs for projects Prepare technical specifications and IT request-for-proposal (RFP) documentation Ensure delivered solutions meet the defined business requirements Take full ownership of project delivery from planning to completion Maintain close follow-up with internal and external stakeholders Keep the application infrastructure architecture documentation up to date Act as an advisor to users regarding web and mobile technologies Participate in the development of web systems (functional analysis, programming, testing, documentation, training, and deployment)
