The ideal candidate must bring at least three years of relevant experience along with a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Robust communication and project management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the development of wellness and inclusion programs • Manage recruitment activities from postings to employment offers • Facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings • Perform annual safety program audits for compliance • Collaborate with managers to track safety certifications
Requirements: • Minimum of three years of experience in health and safety • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline • CHRP/CHRL or CRSP designations are a plus • Excellent oral communication and training skills • Must pass a Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Background Check
