This role mandates a commitment to safety, requiring adherence to regulations and continual improvement practices. You will help facilitate training, enhance CRM training for crews, and conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure high safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and update the Flight Training Manual
Ensure safety reporting and adherence to Canadian North policies
Assist in developing corrective action plans
Conduct workplace inspections as needed
Coordinate training assignments through travel requirementsRequirements:
ATPL or comparable aviation certification
At least two years of training experience
In-depth knowledge of CARS and CASS
Exceptional public speaking skills
