Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment, including snowplow trucks
• Maintain Alberta highways and assist with Labourer duties
• Participate in safety toolbox meetings
• Inspect equipment and road conditions regularly
• Support Foreperson in meeting project milestones
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license
• Prior supervisory experience in relevant fields
• Understanding of highway maintenance standards
• Solid communication and computer skills
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required
