? We're hiring a 360 Recruiter to join our Hamilton, ON office and help us grow this mission.
What does "360" mean?
You won't be siloed. You'll own the complete journey - from sourcing the perfect candidates to building long-term client relationships. You'll be part recruiter, part business development, part partnership manager. You'll understand what clients really need and match them with workers who don't just fit the role, but fit the culture.
You'll work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, with the flexibility and support of a growing team that values your growth as much as client success.
What we're looking for:
- 0-3 years in staffing, recruitment, BD, or sales (you don't need to have it all figured out yet)
- Comfort with cold calling and relationship building (we'll teach you our way)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- A valid driver's license and willingness to meet clients face-to-face
- Most importantly: genuine interest in connecting people with opportunities
