Join Hootsuite as a Summer 2026 Co-op in IT Operations based in Vancouver, BC. Contribute to hardware deployment, Helpdesk solutions, and AV setups starting September 12th.
This role is in office for four months, offering opportunities to work closely with the Global IT team. You’ll gain experience in technical problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration in a vibrant tech workplace, tailored for learning while serving a global user base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with laptop deployment for end-users
• Manage configurations for offboarded MacBooks
• Install and maintain office hardware solutions
• Track and update the hardware asset management
• Document resolutions and procedures in the ticket system
Requirements:
• Proficient in troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices
• Familiarity with AV meeting room technology
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn and develop new IT skills
• Solid problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
