Take charge of cybersecurity and digital infrastructure as a Manager at the University of Toronto. Engage in strategic planning and execution of IT security initiatives across the Faculty.In your role, you'll lead the Faculty's Digital Infrastructure and Information Security initiatives, collaborating with departments to ensure technology security. You will develop and implement strategies to minimize risks and maintain compliance with institutional guidelines while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Faculty’s Information Security and Risk Management Program
Integrate recent systems with existing IT environments
Monitor cyber threats and maintain security protocols
Manage IT enterprise projects and human resources
Liaise with diverse stakeholders for project proposalsRequirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years IT experience including 5 years in a senior role
Deep understanding of security policies and standards
Proven experience with Azure and IT governance
