Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive reference and research support • Develop user-centered programming for library access • Conduct research on library initiatives and policies • Promote LAC's services through engagement efforts • Evaluate reference collections and recommend acquisitions
Requirements: • A master's degree in library or information science • Proven experience advising cultural heritage institutions • Solid familiarity with project management • Effective communication skills, both written and oral • Expertise in specialized reference services
