The Hospital for Sick Children is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Project Manager to direct the New Agent and Cutting-edge Therapies (NAIT) Program. Your expertise will help lead oncology clinical trials while managing the STEP-1 Program and U-Link Canada. Collaborate closely with investigators, patients, and stakeholders to enhance equitable access to trials for children across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage oncology clinical trials from start-up to close-out • Coordinate ethics, regulatory, and institutional submissions • Support patient recruitment,
enrollment, and retention • Oversee study data management and safety reporting • Mentor junior research staff and improve operational processes
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Health or Life Sciences • At least five years managing clinical trials • Experience with oncology trial management • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research compliance • Proven project management skills and leadership experience
