Key Responsibilities:



• Administer medications according to established standards • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Promote wellness and self-care among residents • Collaborate with colleagues on individualized care plans • Mentor and guide unregulated care workers in best practices

Requirements: • RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Valid BCLS Certification • Minimum one year experience in Geriatric Nursing • Legal eligibility to work in Canada • Proven ability to communicate effectively
