Position Title: Business Project Manager – Treasury Payment SolutionsLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite at 250 Yonge St)Duration: 6-month contract (with extension potential)Start Date: Mid–late MayPay Rate:IC: 83 -88Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across 3–4 workstreams- Drive governance, reporting, and executive communication for a high-visibility program (~$20M budget)- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology, vendors, and external partners- Manage project financials including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery- Produce executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports (PowerPoint-heavy)- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance,



and enterprise project standards- Lead vendor engagement and support contract-related activities where requiredMust-Have Qualifications- 7+ years of experience as a Business Project Manager (non-IT focused)- Solid background in banking or financial services- Proven experience operating in waterfall project environments- Strong planning, organization, and project control capabilities- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with FIS technology or platforms- Knowledge of online banking platforms- Exposure to receivables, deposits, or treasury/payment products- Familiarity with Clarity (PPM tool)
