As part of the integrated care team, you will provide essential rehabilitation and support services to adults 16 years and older. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized treatment and rehabilitation services

Requirements:
• Diploma in health sciences or relevant disciplines
• Three years of direct mental health service experience
• First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous
• Proven ability to work in a community-based context
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Ontario Driver’s License
