Become an Integrated Support Worker at CI Housing, where you will support individuals living with serious mental illnesses in a community setting. This temporary full-time role demands versatile schedule, including weekend shifts.
As part of the integrated care team, you will provide essential rehabilitation and support services to adults 16 years and older. Your focus will be on individualized treatment plans, advocacy, and crisis resolution. You'll actively participate in life skills training and community integration efforts, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized treatment and rehabilitation services
• Advocate for client needs and provide crisis intervention




• Collaborate with clinical teams on care strategies
• Facilitate life skills development for clients
• Assist with transportation and external appointments
Requirements:
• Diploma in health sciences or relevant disciplines
• Three years of direct mental health service experience
• First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous
• Proven ability to work in a community-based context
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Ontario Driver’s License
