Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc. is seeking a Program Facilitator to enhance youth services in Arts & Recreation. This full time role focuses on skill development and community engagement.
As a Program Facilitator, you will be instrumental in the planning and execution of youth services. Your tasks include facilitating skill development, creating a positive atmosphere, and maintaining safety among participants. Engage actively with youth and support their growth by collaborating with fellow staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead skill development sessions with youth
• Establish and sustain strategic community partnerships
• Supervise participants to ensure a respectful setting
• Document incidents and maintain program metrics
• Attend staff meetings for continual development
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid Level C certification
• Education in social development or related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Experience engaging with Indigenous youth
