Key Responsibilities: • Prepare samples, media, and buffers for analysis • Perform testing and assess results for compliance • Conduct environmental monitoring and product testing • Operate and calibrate lab equipment as required • Produce reports for internal and external customers

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food industry • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Microbiology or Food Science • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food security • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
