Key Responsibilities:



• Assess client eligibility and prepare necessary loan documentation • Process and manage budgets and funding allocations • Liaise with public and external agencies about housing policies • Maintain detailed records and documentation for financial transactions • Prepare annual funding requests and manage associated reporting

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or similar • 4 years of applicable experience including budgeting • Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office • Experience with accounting software like ACCPAC • Familiarity with housing policy and legislative environments
