Key Responsibilities:



• Advise co-op students individually and in groups • Implement strategies for recruitment and program management • Evaluate and analyze work placement experiences • Facilitate career readiness workshops for students • Build relationships with employers to enhance opportunities

Requirements: • Significant experience in co-operative education or related fields • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Solid problem-solving abilities for workplace issues • Knowledge of job coaching and career development • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
