Barminco is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Canadian mining operations with a schedule of 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Lead operations and ensure the safety and proficiency of your team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage daily operations and equipment usage at the mine • Ensure the training and competence of all shift workers • Oversee safety compliance and report issues to management • Organize shifts, crews, and conduct planning meetings • Prepare and submit incident reports appropriately

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor • Valid Underground Shift Supervisors Ticket necessary • Solid leadership and supervisory background • Must have a current Drivers Licence • Complete required health checks and vaccinations
