As the Client Implementation Manager, you will act as the main liaison for customers, guiding them through the onboarding experience. Your role includes customizing SaaS solutions, project management, and collaboration with various teams to ensure a coherent client experience. Your efforts will enrich customer satisfaction and successful software adoption.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage full client onboarding from kickoff to completion • Customize product configurations to meet specific needs • Deliver training sessions and develop related documentation • Foster collaboration across sales, product, and support teams • Quickly address and resolve any implementation issues

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Minimum of 3 years in a client-focused implementation role • Deep understanding of software implementation processes • Solid communication and relationship-building abilities • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
