The AOC worker will provide coverage when regular staff are away and may be called in as needed, sometimes with short notice.The successful candidate will help provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment while building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.Provide warm, attentive care while helping children feel safe, confident, and supported.Support educators and engage with children by building positive relationships and following the established classroom routines, guidelines, and educator direction.Encourage curiosity, creativity,
