WSP is seeking a passionate Junior Cost Controller to enhance the Project Services – Project Cost Control team. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop foundational skills in project controls while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting on infrastructure and industrial projects. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver project cost reports and dashboards for budget insight
• Contribute to forecasts by validating data and reporting variances




• Maintain cost baselines and approved budget documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on cost control efforts
• Produce tracking tools and support reporting with Power BI
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, finance, or related discipline
• Experience in project controls or cost control
• Knowledge of forecasting and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience an asset
