Collaborate closely with community partners, justice organizations, and multidisciplinary teams to foster accountability and cultural reconnection, helping participants develop healthier relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Help participants with reintegration and community navigation strategies- Co-facilitate Warriors Against Violence sessions alongside Elders- Advocate for access to housing, employment,
