Guidepoint is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to lead the development of our Internal Developer Platform in Toronto while working in a hybrid mode. Architect and deploy scalable Internal Developer Platform solutions
Implement GitOps with Argo CD for deployment automation




Manage Kubernetes platforms supporting microservices and data
Establish observability practices with Datadog
Mentor platform engineering teams with hands-on supportRequirements:
5 years in software engineering followed by platform roles
Proven Kubernetes platform experience in production
Familiar with tools like Argo CD and Backstage
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and IAC
