Job Title: Operations AnalystContract Length: PermanentLocation: Hybrid in Mississauga, ONFederal Government Clearance Level Required: NoneVacancy Type:☐ Backfill________________________________________About Us:Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a hybrid Operations Analyst for our client in Mississauga, ON.This is a hybrid position with a mandatory 1 day/week on site (Tuesdays).________________________________________Position Summary:The Operations Analyst role supports high-quality group benefits service delivery for assigned clients in a third-party administrator environment. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with operational and contractual standards.Operations Analysts are expected to adapt effectively in evolving work environments, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly and respectfully within a global and virtual setting. The role places a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and thoughtful problem-solving. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model and growth opportunities opportunities.This position offers a flexible hybrid work model and career growth opportunities.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a day-to-day contact for participant inquiries, clients, and third-party administrators, escalating complex issues as needed.- Support the execution, peer review and maintenance of data interfaces (e.G., HRIS files, eligibility files, billing statements, premium reports)



and perform routine data quality checks.- Perform acceptance testing of ongoing process from change requests and system enhancements- Work directly with global teams to ensure processing needs are met on time and within SLA- Complete manual processing activities with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.- Provide operational support to team members and partner functions, including Contact Centre representatives.- Assist with year-end processing and standard reporting activities.- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential issues and report them through established ticketing or escalation processes.- Follow documented procedures to support issue resolution and quality assurance.________________________________________Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- 2+ years of experience in a third-party benefits administration (TPA), insurance or group benefits operations.- CEBS designation (or in progress) preferred- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow priorities, and meet deadlines.- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team.- Willingness to learn benefits administration processes, systems, and applicable regulations.- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.________________________________________Compensation:Salary Range: $52,000 – $60,000________________________________________Benefits & Perks:- Comprehensive health, dental,
