Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing ERP implementations, collaborating with business stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong functional expertise in Business Central, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.



Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support. Engage with business stakeholders to understand organizational objectives, business processes, and functional requirements. Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design sessions, and business process mapping. Translate business requirements into scalable Business Central solutions aligned with industry best practices. Develop implementation strategies, project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans. Lead functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and third-party vendors throughout project execution. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, budget, and schedule expectations.
