In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the District Manager to handle daily administrative tasks for residential portfolios, ensuring budget adherence and enhancing resident relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site administration, including leases and rent collections
• Monitor rental activity and optimize occupancy rates




• Resolve tenant concerns effectively and professionally
• Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience
• Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience with Yardi software is an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• CPM designation is an asset
