All Nation’s Holding Corp, an entity of FHQTC, is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to work in our newly constructed Kihêw Waciston Eagles Nest Primary Care Clinic, located on the grounds of All Nations’ Healing Hospital in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan. Eagles Nest Primary Care Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner who holds, or is eligible to hold, a contract with the Ministry of Health to join our team. In our clinic, collaborative culture, communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care are at the forefront. We provide a culturally safe space which embraces both traditional and western medicine. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who would thrive in that environment and will support them to meet the goals and objectives laid out in their contract with the Ministry of Health. Serving a diverse population,
the NP working at Eagles Nest Primary Care Clinic will provide primary health care services to the residents of Fort Qu’Appelle and catchment area, and the Nations of the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council. The nurse practitioner will practice high-quality care to patients throughout their life span, including those with chronic and complex conditions. They will work collaboratively with cultural practitioners and other members of our interdisciplinary team to provide wholistic and culturally responsive care to meet the health care needs of the people we serve. Yes Licenses
Registered as NP in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) with no conditions on their license.
Other Education and Training
Approved or eligible for Saskatchewan Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Contract
Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in primary care, public health, home care or acute care
Demonstrated knowledge, respect, and understanding of First Nations culture and traditions.
