The position requires an individual who is comfortable interacting with other stakeholders in the company.



It is a fast-paced environment requiring one to multi-task while performing the duties of the job. The Integration Team Lead must set an example by working in a safe manner, following all Health and Safety policies and procedures, and using proper PPE.Key Responsibilities:General ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Plant Manager.Develop Production Plans in Relation to Integration Activities; Measure against those plansAccountable for the team’s production goalsTrain, Mentor, and encourage fellow TeammatesMust have experience assembling and Testing Piping AssembliesThis is a “hands on” position and be working very closely with the assemblers on the production FloorSafety ResponsibilitiesLead by examplePerform work in a safe manner by following all safety rules and practicesWear personal protective equipment (PPE): steel-toed footwear, safety glass, face mask, etc.Report any unsafe work practices or dangerous work habitsMonitor work area by checking for trip hazards, unsafe or faulty equipment and/or any unsafe conditions.Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable recordsWhat You Bring:Solid leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong Production Planning skills, and Analytical analysis to measure Performance.Competent with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and TeamsIt is preferred that the candidate is a Red Seal Plumber.Experience in Gas Fitting, Boilers, and HVAC Installation.Must have experience with CPVC and PVC Piping SystemsMust have 3 to 5 years’ experience with P&ID; schematicsThank you for your interest inAdvanced Flow Systems.
