CREATE. Position Description – Project Coordinator As CREATE. continues to evolve and grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience supporting one or more Project Managers and coordinating multiple departments and site positions at the same time, we want you to apply!The Project Coordinator is responsible for effective project administration and operations support. Your responsibilities will include preparing, issuing, and tracking RFI’s, shop drawings, change orders, and change notices; preparing schedules; participating in project meetings; and, resolving technical issues and establishing and maintaining communication between all parties, to name a few.You’ll be successful with CREATE. if you are confident, reliable, and open to both give and receive feedback. This means you come to work with a high degree of GIVE A SH*T and a desire to still have fun.Qualifications3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator preferably in the commercial construction industry with significant experience on-site with an aptitude for records management and operational processesMulti-family construction experience is an assetTechnical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field (CET or comparable); Engineering degree is an assetThe ability to read,
