As a key member of our team, you will report to the Vision Centre Manager, developing the optical business and fostering relationships within the community. Your responsibility includes expertly guiding customers and ensuring that all eyewear meets the highest accuracy and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and execute optical business programs
• Collaborate with Optometrists and community healthcare providers
• Assist customers in selecting ideal frames and lenses
• Identify and address customer needs proactively
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all finished eyewear
Requirements:
• Optician License for glasses and contact lenses
• Minimum age of 16 years or older
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented with high fitting standards
• In valuable standing with the College of Opticians
