LJB Engineering is seeking a Trenchless Rehabilitation Practice Lead to contribute expertise and innovation in our growing firm. Bring at least 15 years of trenchless project experience to this impactful full time role.In this senior leadership position, you will be tasked with enhancing the trenchless design and construction processes. Your role will utilize your technical engineering knowledge to create high-quality deliverables while fostering positive client relationships. Cooperative problem-solving and analytical skills will be vital throughout your projects.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct geotechnical engineering for trenchless projects
Prepare and review structural engineering calculations
Lead project proposals, schedules, and budgets
Create technical manuals and memos
Pursue business development opportunities for growthRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of trenchless construction methods
P.Eng or equivalent preferred
