This role is essential in our pharmacy department’s mission to ensure the high-quality distribution of medications. As a part time pharmacist, you will operate in a fully digital healthcare setting, managing tasks that include clinical pharmacy services and drug therapies. Availability for rotating shifts will be necessary to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe medication distribution to clinical units
• Review physician orders and maintain patient medication profiles




• Perform prescription verification in the MEDITECH system
• Mentor pharmacy students and interns
• Carry out other pharmacy responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D preferred
• Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Hospital experience in related areas desired
• Capable of managing varied workloads effectively
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
