The role is focused on maintaining safe, functional, and aesthetically sound facilities while proactively identifying hazards and delivering exceptional customer service to the campus community.Key Job Functions:Facilities & Operations SupportService Dispatches: Respond promptly and effectively to day‑to‑day service calls routed through the facilities management office.Logistics Handling: Safely move heavy equipment or furniture across campus zones as requested by the Service Manager.Seasonal Cleansing: Perform operational snow and ice removal to maintain safe pedestrian pathways and campus entryways.Supply Chain Aid: Support daily Shipping and Receiving infrastructure workflows when facility demands necessitate manual assistance.Maintenance & RepairsStructural Upkeep: Install, maintain, and repair drywall, cabinets, doors, windows, tables, planters, furniture, tile,
