Seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist with robust Payroll integration experience to support a key HRIS and payroll initiative. You will own hands-on delivery and support of payroll interfaces, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data exchange between Workday and payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations with a Payroll focus (end-to-end)

Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and payroll vendors/internal systems

Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data issues, performance, and scheduling errors

Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT to confirm requirements, mapping, and testing outcomes

Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing (including defect triage and fixes)





Ensure compliance with Workday integration security standards

Required Skills and Experience

4+ years of Workday integrations development (complex environments preferred)

Strong hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, and Report Writer

Strong Payroll integration knowledge (data flows, file formats, schedules, audit/compliance needs, error handling)

Technical skills: XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, web services

Able to independently debug and resolve complex integration issues

Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
