Compensation and Benefits
In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in our annual incentive program, payment under which is at the discretion of PartnerRe and subject to individual and company performance. Eligible employees also have the prospect to participate in an array of benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage, a health spending account, a defined contribution pension plan, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, etc.
Working Arrangement

Based in Toronto, this position is part of the Global Life Operations and Administration Team.
You will be reporting to the Global Head of Operations and Administration (based in Zurich).
The Life Operations and Administration Team’s objectives include the registration of contract details in our system, the booking and settling of accounts received from our clients, the verification and processing of seriatim policy data we receive from clients, as well as the audit of client operations processes. All information registered by the Operations team is used downstream by other functions for various financial and actuarial studies as well as for financial and management reporting; hence interfacing with other teams and stakeholders is a critical component of this position as well.
