Key Responsibilities: - Provide diverse nursing services to individuals and families - Advocate and counsel on health issues and care plans - Utilize nursing processes for quality patient care - Establish collaborative relationships with healthcare teams - Perform mobilization tasks, including lifting and transporting patients
Requirements: - Completion of an accredited nursing program - Active or eligible registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta - Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification - Recent ISFL case management experience - Strong communication and organizational skills
