Key Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive legal services in Criminal and Immigration law
Develop strategic initiatives for program effectiveness
Supervise the hiring and training of legal staff




Liaise with external law service providers and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with legal standards and client representation

Requirements:
Completed law degree or BC Law Society eligibility
At least six years of relevant experience in legal practices
In-depth knowledge of immigration and criminal law
Solid leadership and communication capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions
