Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine postnatal and prenatal healthcare
Administer immunizations and health screenings
Provide patient education and advocacy services
Coordinate with external providers for client referrals
Ensure documentation accuracy in medical records
Requirements:
Completion of accredited nursing education program
Current registration or eligibility with CRNA
Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certification
Proven experience with diverse populations and community services
Knowledge of electronic health records essential
Support family health initiatives through your nursing knowledge and community collaboration.
