Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for senior leadership meetings and events
Prepare documents, reports, and minutes with attention to detail
Manage correspondence and key deliverables with discretion
Collaborate with internal teams to improve administrative practices
Leverage digital tools for enhanced workflow and communication
Requirements:
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or similar
At least 6 years' experience in executive support roles
Advanced skills using Microsoft applications
Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
Capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities
