Responsibilities

Assist customers with product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer interactions,



and feedback using data entry tools
Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Follow phone etiquette standards to ensure respectful and positive interactions at all times
Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth and improved service delivery

Skills
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, to support diverse customers
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner
Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and ensuring satisfaction
Knowledge of sales processes, including handling objections and closing transactions effectively

Pay: $36.00-$38.00 per hour
