Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot HVAC systems in school buildings - Conduct preventive maintenance and keep records - Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed - Attend to additional duties as assigned
Requirements: - Grade 12 Diploma essential - Certified as a 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic - Minimum five years of HVAC experience required - Class “G” Ontario Driver’s License - Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred
