Before and after eachuse, clean and disinfect all food preparation tools,instruments, and equipment. Assuring thecleanliness of all food surfaces, as well as refrigerators,ovens, freezers, and microwaves. Notify the supervisoras soon as possible of any incidents or suspicions of foodcontamination. To avoid accidents,cleanup all spills and leaks as they occur. To avoid foodspoilage, use proper food storage procedures. Monitoring foodsupplies and informing the supervisor of low stock levels toensure that the food preparation process is not disrupted ordelayed due to a lack of ingredients. Creating foodrotation labels and labeling all food items. Assist with machineryinstallation, maintenance, and repair. Use tools to helpwith the manufacturing process. Perform routineequipment checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.



Collaborate withothers to ensure that the equipment is in good workingorder. Follow all companysafety rules and regulations. Requirements

GED or high school diploma

A permit to handle food.

Proven work experience in the foodservice industry.

Solid understanding of food health andsafety regulations.

The ability to adhere to secure foodhandling procedures.

The ability to stand for long periods oftime.

The ability to work well ingroups.

Outstanding organizational, timemanagement, and problem-solving abilities.

Communication abilities that areeffective.

Additional education and experience arecombined.

Math, problem-solving, computer, andmechanics aptitude
