to support large-scale enterprise settings across retail stores, distribution centers, corporate offices, cloud and remote workforce connectivity.You will troubleshoot and restore complex network services, own critical incidents, support network/security platforms, coordinate ISP and vendor escalations, and drive improvements in network reliability and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Own and resolve complex L2/L3 network incidents and Major IncidentsTroubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, Cloud and Security environmentsSupport geographically distributed retail and enterprise networksPerform RCA, problem management, network changes and upgradesCoordinate Cisco, ISP,



carrier and technology vendor escalationsImprove monitoring, observability and operational processesKey Skills:
Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Meraki & Cisco SD-WANPalo Alto Firewalls, Panorama & Zscaler ZIAServiceNow & enterprise incident managementPython, Ansible, Terraform, APIs or network automationCCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, AZ-700, AWS Networking or ITIL are assets.If you are a hands-on Network Engineer who can take ownership of complex production issues and drive them through resolution, we would like to hear from you.
