Works with the procurement team and senior management to support the business in line with strategic planningSets out the overarching vision and strategy for Procurement within STRABAG INC.Collaborates with suppliers/subcontractors, the procurement team, other departments, and senior management to reach business objectivesLeads the procurement during tendering and estimation of new projectsDevelops and fosters solid business relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a robust pipeline of construction-related suppliers and subcontractors.Provides leadership, guidance, and expertise by defining, implementing, and monitoring procurement resources, guidelines,



and procedures for the procurement departmentRegularly participates in senior management meetings to represent the procurement functionRepresents the business for all STRABAG group wide procurement related topicsReviews and approves purchasing documents (i.E. Purchase Orders, equipment rental / lease agreements / service agreement, subcontracts) prior to issueProvides support and know-how for inventory management on the project sitesProvides support and know-how for any procurement related topics on the project sitesDevelops and maintains overarching frame agreements for STRABAG IncLeads the procurement of the company’s vehicle fleetSupports the recruitment of current procurement personnel within the businessTrains and coaches all staff within the department for future growth and development opportunities.Performs other related duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills:

15+ years’ experience in the procurement field10+ years’ experience in a senior management roleAbility to deal with confidential issues in a skilled manner
