This permanent role seeks a strategic HR leader with over 5 years of experience, ready to support CBC News leadership across Newfoundland, PEI, Current Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Key Responsibilities:



- Advise leaders on HR/IR challenges and strategies - Guide performance management and workforce planning efforts - Foster positive union-management relationships - Support organizational development and change initiatives - Establish strategic priorities to meet local needs
