Work in a hybrid role where your strategic sourcing skills will lead to enhanced supplier performance and cost efficiency across indirect categories.Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing – Indirect, you will be instrumental in managing sourcing events, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. Collaborating with multiple teams, your leadership will help drive efficiencies and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance to procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:
Lead RFx management for indirect spend categories
Foster supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews
Develop category strategies to enhance cost and quality




Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers
Perform spend analysis to identify financial opportunitiesRequirements:
Over 5 years of experience in Procurement or Category Management
Background in manufacturing, CPG, or industrial sectors
Proven negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
