Senior Quality Engineer – Build Structure, Own Supplier Quality, Protect System ReliabilitySenior Quality Engineer responsible for establishing and maintaining a structured, independent quality function throughout the full project lifecycle – from the Sales-to-Engineering handover through design, manufacturing, qualification (FAT/SAT), and customer delivery. Responsible for ensuring that all systems, components, processes, and products meet defined customer requirements, engineering intent, and applicable compliance standards. Plays a key role in reducing risk, minimizing rework, and driving consistency across all stages of execution.Salary RangeSalary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD*Requests outside of the salary range is available and determined by interview process*.ResponsibilitiesValidate incoming parts and materials against engineering drawings, tolerances, and specificationsReview supplier inspection reports and hold vendors to defined verification standardsSupport supplier qualification processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in vendor quality assuranceVerify that functional specifications are complete, clear, and approved prior to design releaseParticipate in design reviews and apply quality gates at each stage of the engineering processMaintain traceability between customer requirements and corresponding design outputsMonitor in-process inspections and uphold workmanship standards throughout productionIdentify nonconformances early and lead root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesEnsure production execution remains aligned with engineering intent at every stage of the buildDevelop and execute structured Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures with defined acceptance criteriaConfirm that all systems satisfy functional, performance,
